This return information only applies to products purchased directly from princetontec.com.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Unfortunately Outlet items are final sale and non-returnable.

To receive a full refund (less shipping charges, if applicable) please return items in brand new, unused condition and unopened packaging.

Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable on correctly shipped orders.

If you have already opened your item from princetontec.com and need to return the unused item, a small restocking fee will be incurred. The restocking fee is the greater of $5 or 15% of the item value.

EXCHANGE POLICY

This exchange information only applies to products purchased directly from princetontec.com.

If you need a different product please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. We process refunds promptly upon receipt of your return and placing a new order now ensures that you’ll get your new item quickly, and that it won’t go out of stock.

PROCESS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A WEB RETURN (WR) NUMBER

Contacting us for a Web Return (WR) number allows faster Return and Exchange processing, and quicker refunds.

It’s pretty easy: just find your Order Number, and send it along to us at p-tec@princetontec.com. (How do you find your Order Number? It is included in your Order Receipt email from Princeton Tec. Your Order Number will be found toward the top of the email, below the note “Thank you for your order” and above the product, quantity and price chart.)

If you don’t know your Order Number, please email us at p-tec@princetontec.com with your first and last name or call us toll free at (800) 257-9080 during our normal operating hours and we’ll get you taken care of. Please let us know the product you are looking to exchange or return.

In 1-2 business days you’ll hear back from us with your Web Return (WR) number.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have a WARRANTY issue and not a return or exchange, please use our warranty@princetontec.com email for our Customer Service team and follow the instructions for a warranty claim found here.

SEND US YOUR RETURN

Write your Web Return (WR) number on the outside of your package. Cut-out the return address label supplied with the packing slip from your original shipment and affix it to the exterior of your package, also.

If you don’t have your packing slip, simply hand write the return address, supplied below (along with your Web Return (WR) number) on the outside of your package.

Choose the return ship method most convenient to you, but we strongly suggest choosing a carrier that will provide you tracking information and insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for your return until it is received at our distribution center.

UPDATES ON YOUR RETURN

Return information will be sent to you via the email address used to place your original order.

Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 4-6 business days of receipt of your return. Processing times can vary seasonally, your patience is appreciated!
